everything is right不等于everything is alright感觉要被很多避重就轻的东西气死Gabriel Basso is right,AA、Glenn、Bennett也没办法挑剔表演(如果从剧本给出的空间来看)但出来的效果就是这种“家庭满是创伤但还是振作过来”的设定可以套在任何一个常见的文本上而不见Hillbilly、地域背景和社会环境带来的厚重没办法不认为在合格线以上(毕竟能差到哪去)因为立项之日起Howard和一众Cast带来的滤镜太重了重重敲击在一些东西上却不知道离主题核心走偏了多少更可怕的是还难以怪罪在什么层面空井仓只能承认可能不是这套班底拍出来的才更接近Hillbilly Elegy
抛开神经质的部分空井仓可以是一个精彩的故事乐于分享的人因为缺乏观众而独自精彩有一种悲壮的喜剧感就像结尾的定调:They were matches to her bonfire. She was the last cowboy, all romance and failure. The world was changing, and her kind didn’t have anywhere to go. Being a beacon of hope for lesser people is a lonely business.
